Do you have a guarantee or refund policy?
While I can’t promise instant results (if only it worked like that), I can promise to bring care, creativity, and intention into your project. As for refunds, all deposits (25% of the total project fee) are non-refundable. If, for some reason, we part ways, we will only refund payments made in advance of work that is not completed.
Can I edit this packge or it's deliverables
Short answer: not really. Each package is thoughtfully built to give you the best outcome. I keep things structured so the process stays smooth and results stay strong.
What if I don't have a clear vision yet?
Honestly, that’s the best place to start and that's what I'm here for. You don’t need all the answers. I will help you shape your ideas, find direction, and turn it into something that actually feels like you.
Do you work with clients outside of Canada?
Yes, 100%. I work with clients from all over, so no matter where you’re based, we can make it work!
Are there any extra costs associated with the project?
Possibly, but they won’t come from me. Things like fonts, stock images, domains, or platform subscriptions may be needed depending on your project. I’ll always be upfront about it, no surprise costs here.
Do you offer just a logo?
I don’t because your brand deserves more than just a logo. I focus on building cohesive, strategic identities that actually support your business long-term.
